Pros

Very rewarding Super energetic and engaging culture Management is very down to earth and encouraging The earning potential is great even from an entry level position The people you work with are so fun and love their jobs The products offered are top notch so you feel like what you're selling is truly helping the customer

Cons

Working in sales can be very difficult if you have never done it before. It takes an alpha personality and a high level of self confidence to succeed in this business. I would not recommend to people with low self confidence, introverted personalities or those with thin skin. Rejection will be experienced on a daily basis as with any sales position but if you can get over it and put your head down and plug away you'll be just fine.

Pros

The support and encouragement I receive from colleagues and leadership is second to none. That’s when it comes to work and my personal life.

Cons

Can’t really say I have any cons. I know all jobs have their ups and downs but at Power I have exceptionally more ups than I have ever had downs since working here.

Pros

The training and support are second to none. There is a clear investment in developing employees, and leadership is always available to coach and help you improve. The culture is competitive in a healthy way—everyone is encouraged to perform at a high level, but one person’s success doesn’t come at the expense of someone else’s. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement if you’re willing to put in the work, and I appreciated being trusted with growth opportunities early in my time here.

Cons

The performance standards are high, and the role isn’t for everyone. It can be stressful at times because your results are measured closely, but the expectations are communicated clearly.
