Pros

That's not just a line, I love working for Power and I feel I've really found a home here. The management here is not only hands-on and accessible, but they know what they are doing. This is a company that is heading in the best possible direction. The compensation is average to above average depending on your position, but every position has the ability to excel and make more than a base salary if you're willing to commit. I like what I'm doing and who I work with. In Power I've found a place that I can grow not only professionally, but personally too. New employees are given all the tools they need to succeed in a high-energy, competitive, and encouraging environment. Oh, and the company holiday party isn't bad either. Sometime in December we take 4 days to visit an all-inclusive resort, all on the company tab. So we've got that going for us, which is nice.

Cons

It's hard work, but nothing worth having is easy. Power requires a dedication that you don't find at other companies. If you're someone who just shows up and mails it in for 8 hours, this is not the place for you. That being said those who thrive here become like family and really develop a team culture in the office.

Pros

The training and support are second to none. There is a clear investment in developing employees, and leadership is always available to coach and help you improve. The culture is competitive in a healthy way—everyone is encouraged to perform at a high level, but one person’s success doesn’t come at the expense of someone else’s. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement if you’re willing to put in the work, and I appreciated being trusted with growth opportunities early in my time here.

Cons

The performance standards are high, and the role isn’t for everyone. It can be stressful at times because your results are measured closely, but the expectations are communicated clearly.
