Pros

Good atmosphere and very frat like. They will even mention this is meetings lol Showed me what I didn’t want to do and was actually blackmailed at this company by a fellow coworker who received zero repercussion for it. Which came down to him screaming and swearing at me on the phone for only showing up 5 mins early to our Sam’s club to work. (Possibly the worst sams club to work at as well because it was the slowest)

Cons

Bad pay You have to go against what the company wants you to do in order to get estimates. Awful management they don’t care about you as much as they will try and make it seem. When it comes down to it they will belittle you. When I quit I was told I won’t find another job and got laughed at that I wouldn’t be able to pay rent.

Pros

This is the best company I have ever worked for. I have grown more here personally and professionally than anywhere else I have ever been. The people are truly what make this company special and I love going to work everyday because of them.

Cons

This company will give you all of the tools necessary to be the best possible version of yourself. I have seen so many people change their lives and find success here. If you are someone who doesn't like to leave your comfort zone then maybe this isn't the opportunity for you, but if you are looking for change and something new I would recommend you at least try. All of the greatest rewards and best things in life are waiting for you on the other side of that.

Pros

The training and support are second to none. There is a clear investment in developing employees, and leadership is always available to coach and help you improve. The culture is competitive in a healthy way—everyone is encouraged to perform at a high level, but one person’s success doesn’t come at the expense of someone else’s. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement if you’re willing to put in the work, and I appreciated being trusted with growth opportunities early in my time here.

Cons

The performance standards are high, and the role isn’t for everyone. It can be stressful at times because your results are measured closely, but the expectations are communicated clearly.
