Pros

I have worked here for more than 3 years, and have held a few different positions. The company is very flexible when it comes to being able to fit your talents to a position in the company, and using your skill set to maximize your potential within the organization. I worked for a very large communications company before coming to work for Power, and it is very great working for a company where numbers matter, but you are not treated like one.

Cons

Life and work balance is a little difficult in a lot of different positions in the company. A lot of positions have weekend work as part of the position.

Pros

This is a company that actually cares about and for their employees

Cons

I truly don’t think there is any cons. Maybe if you don’t like a performance based meritocracy it wouldn’t be for you.

Pros

The training and support are second to none. There is a clear investment in developing employees, and leadership is always available to coach and help you improve. The culture is competitive in a healthy way—everyone is encouraged to perform at a high level, but one person’s success doesn’t come at the expense of someone else’s. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement if you’re willing to put in the work, and I appreciated being trusted with growth opportunities early in my time here.

Cons

The performance standards are high, and the role isn’t for everyone. It can be stressful at times because your results are measured closely, but the expectations are communicated clearly.
