Pros
From the get-go, regardless of which department you apply for, you are set up for success through a thorough, and intensive training program. Management devotes quite a large amount of their time to personally ensure every new hire understands and masters their role, and their doors are always open if ever there's a question that needs to be answered. There is also an immensely positive culture within the company. Once training is through, your peers and mentors will always have your back to help you through a bad day, week or pay period. The company, and each individual department, always has a different social event planned for the employees so that we can all get to know each other better and build a stronger sense of community.
Cons
As stated in a previous review, work and life balance can be a little difficult at times. For some departments, it's not your typical 9-5 job. However, putting in the extra effort certainly pays off in the long run, because the company truly values and appreciates hard work and rewards it handsomely.
