- Free Lunch - Positive younger energetic workforce - Many avenues to verbalize any ideas/issues that you notice. - Overall Culture: feedback is huge, so transparency and tracking is number one! - Hard work is encouraged and rewarded. - Useless small talk and drama is minimal.
Cons
- If you want to be that employee that has there coat on and chair under the desk 3 minutes before your "end time", and verbalizes how "you cant wait to go home!" every day, this is not the place for you. - If you think you can just bob along in your position and make it without correction or admonition, also not the place for you.
