I must say this is one of the best company i have worked so far in my career from perspective of its culture. In fact, i should say i have not experienced a culture like this. To me this is one aspect that matters the most.
Culture here is very supportive, open communication and highly transparent. Bangalore center is a COE and has shown highest maturity growth even though it has grown rapidly. US management team is supportive and the there is no bias as what type of work will be done from India. In fact, i see a lot of future going products, platforms and innovations are driven from India.
India office is very dynamic with many initiatives being conducted in parallel like book club, toastmaster club, product hour etc. These initiatives provide opportunities to employee not only hone their engineering and technical skills but also inter-personal skills which is so important for our career.
If you are looking for building a great career, challenging engineering work and looking to grow your career technically as well as a person, this is the right place.
Cons
this place follows work hard and play hard policy. so at times you may get overwhelmed with activities you can participate in and groom yourself. so you will need to manage your time effectively.
