We are disappointed to read that you did not have a good experience while working at PLI. It is certainly one of our key goals to ensure that our employees feel respected and supported. To that end, we make an effort through PLI’s various review processes throughout the year to provide several opportunities for two-way dialogues between managers and staff, and provide training to managers to be responsive. We also encourage staff to reach out to HR to relay any concerns and we have been instrumental in responding to matters that come to our attention.
