PLI is very proud of the generous benefits that we offer and we are so glad to hear that you enjoy them! Thank you for your feedback about requesting opinions from our staff. We certainly do want to hear from employees of all levels. As a reminder, we have suggestion boxes located throughout the office along with a suggestion email account. Both are reviewed weekly by our President and VP, HR, so please share your ideas, many of which we have already acted on. We want our employees to feel challenged, engaged and happy at work, so we encourage everyone to talk with their managers often regarding how PLI can help them be best at their jobs. Professional goals and employee suggestions are topics that are also included for discussion during the various formal performance review processes that take place several times each year.
