We very much appreciate the reviewer sharing the observation that management really does care, listens and responds to employee concerns. This is what we strive for every day, but especially now when there is so much to balance between work and personal needs during the pandemic. Regarding the comment on encouraging more diversity, there is always room for improvement. When we look at the numbers, we actually do have quite a diverse population of employees throughout the organization, which perhaps is not always evident within a department.
