Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and for recognizing PLI as an industry leader. We are fortunate to have dedicated staff supporting our efforts to be innovative and we strive to invest in their professional development, which in turn supports PLI’s growth and success.
Regarding salary, the HR department frequently reviews relevant compensation surveys while being mindful of internal parity in effort to remain competitive and fair. That said, as a nonprofit we recognize that, on occasion, we may not be able to compete with salaries offered by for profit companies. At the same time, the total package that PLI offers in terms of outstanding benefits and work/life balance is often unparalleled in comparison.
