Good culture lots of learning opportunities

Good knowledge base company. Very helping people not for management persons.

Poor management. Can see politics all around. No multi culture environment. Late night daily long calls. Management used to say every year we will do this year something for that but in the end all is just talk they do. You suppose to work over the weekends. No compensation for extra work. Bonus is like nothing as compare to extra working hours. I would say it is like almost equivalent non. Pay grade is too low. There stock thing is really a trick it is not worth any thing. Job position is joke in this company. If you make some noise they will give you senior positions because it is just title for them.
