This is a company where performance is recognized. Senior management is very helpful and cooperative. The environment is pretty open and the company operates pretty flat. Being small, growth opportunities are abundant.

Cons

Nature of the company is pretty disruptive and hence it may not suit all kinds of personalities. High dynamism can lead to frustration.

Pros

Fast paced, opportunity to wear different hats and contribute to the fast growth of the company. Working out of Pragiti offices and not client locations is a big plus. Lot of collaboration and ideas happen due to this. Lot of knowledge sharing and fun activities are done.

Cons

Sometimes working on multiple things and with distributed teams can be a challenge. Due to fast growth, and slow rate of staffing, there is pressure is on existing team members.
