Pros
Good pay overtime up to twelve hours per day five days per week.
Cons
Absolutely no support from management, safety is a talking point not a practice. Management is always looking for a scapegoat for production issues. Co-workers turn against you and attack you openly with management co-signing on the attack. Managers openly make fun of employees and other managers on radio communications devices. No one really wants to come to work after being hired. Turn over is so high that they have orientation EVERY Tuesday if it is not a holiday or weather emergency. The managers are very close friends with their subordinates to the point of meeting at each others homes for "family" type get togethers. If you are an outsider they will drive you day in and day out with 100% support from the management. Individuals with little to no real understanding of what they are seeing are allowed to dictate company policy (the enforced type, there is little written policy) based on their very personal relationships with managers. The management talks all of the talk but will not address performance deficiencies with their close friend subordinates the culture here is worse than nepotism could ever imagine being!!!!
