Pros

Decent pay and benefits for the area.

Cons

Poor communication between mgt and hourly workers. It doesn't matter how long you've been there, how much overtime you put in or how hard you work, it seems to never be enough. 10 -12 hour shifts are the norm with very few days off. 6 day work weeks are usually what you work. That's 4 days off a month. New employee training is virtually non-existent. Employees are treated as part of the machines and not as people.

Pros

Job security is good and they are flexible with remote work, but it is location dependent and up to the manager. Almost all of the people I work with are really great.

Cons

The health insurance sucks. Super high deductibles. Standard yearly raises are only 3% which doesn’t track with inflation. It’s like getting a pay decrease every year. There is very little chance of growth, so you tend to get stuck with no place to go. It’s my opinion that the billionaire owner is out of touch with what regular people need to survive and thrive.
