Pros

Paper mill and corrugator on site are interesting to watch. Plenty of money was spent on the testing lab. Conveniently located in a depressing suburb of Atlanta, just minutes away from traffic jams and strip malls. A few decent coworkers.

Pros

Job security is good and they are flexible with remote work, but it is location dependent and up to the manager. Almost all of the people I work with are really great.

Cons

The health insurance sucks. Super high deductibles. Standard yearly raises are only 3% which doesn’t track with inflation. It’s like getting a pay decrease every year. There is very little chance of growth, so you tend to get stuck with no place to go. It’s my opinion that the billionaire owner is out of touch with what regular people need to survive and thrive.
