Pros

Environment is good at working level. Well known and respected company. Company still has pension plan when most do not. Easy to move within company with posting system. Excellent tuition reimbursement plan.

Cons

Senior management is misguided, arrogant and impervious to feedback, is forcing company into bad positions. Long work hours, gross understaffing. Lots of unnecessary obstacles to all aspects of employment. Company is not lean. Poor communication on layoffs and staffing issues. New techologies are often poorly chosen, not well thought out and non-optimum and forced into products with minimal funding before they are ready resulting in inability to complete engine validation due to inadequate capabilties. Midlevel management is competitive and there is a lot of in-fighting and backstabbing.

Pros

Great Benefits. Competitive compensation. Recognizes hard work. Engagement events.

Cons

Too politically correct. Need straight forward feed back instead of don't want to make things awkward conversations. Big corporate obstacles to getting work done.
