      Pros

      Good Salary and still a few decent benefits. I am having difficulty meeting the 20 word minimum for "pro's", if that tells you anything about this review.

      Cons

      Plenty of people, just wish all were pulling their weight. Benefits continually decline, despite future outlook thriving. Too many people use PW educational assistance as a place to advance their degrees, and then go work elsewhere. Retention is an issue. Export Control is HUGE, and has slowed a lot of processes down due to not understanding the issues. Facilities need an update.

      Great Benefits. Competitive compensation. Recognizes hard work. Engagement events.

      Cons

      Too politically correct. Need straight forward feed back instead of don't want to make things awkward conversations. Big corporate obstacles to getting work done.
