Pros
Loyal and hard working employees. Average paying job and health care. Hourly employees under contract with the International Associations of Machinists (IAM). Which put an end to the forced company work furloughs in San Diego. Other plants still have work furlough days in 2016.
Cons
Replaces full time workers with contract labor. Closes plants in the United States and builds plants in any country where there is no accountability to the environment, community, employees, or citizens. No loyalty to their workforce.
