Pros

Decent pay for higher level on site employees.

Cons

No matter that real, VALID concerns are brought to light, image is the ONLY focus. So much so that they ask employees to post reviews with fake profiles. No real structure in place. No policy training in place. Incoherent processes (especially surrounding financial reporting). Upper management would talk unprofessionally about team members and has been overheard talking poorly about former employees. No real career growth. They make statements/promises to get you in the door and then not live up to the hype.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly value the insights of our employees and are committed to continually improving our organization. We're glad to hear that you find the compensation for higher-level on-site positions to be decent. However, we are concerned about your issues regarding our organizational structure, policies, and management behavior. We understand that a lack of real structure, policy training, and coherent processes can be frustrating and lead to inefficiencies. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Rest assured; we are actively working to implement better training programs and refine our processes to ensure a more streamlined and supportive work environment for all employees. Regarding your concerns about management behavior, we take these matters very seriously. Respect and professionalism are core values at PRAXM Management. We are committed to fostering a culture of mutual respect and open communication at all levels of the organization. Your advice regarding implementing training at every level and providing courses on appropriate communication and behavior for upper management is duly noted. We will consider these suggestions as we continue striving for excellence in our company culture and operations. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and encourage you to contact HR or management directly if you have further concerns or suggestions. Your input is invaluable as we work towards creating a better workplace for everyone at PRAXM Management. Best regards, Rebecca - Director of Property Management

Pros

Decent pay, decent benefits, new properties.

Cons

Absolutely no work/life balance, only allowed 3 sick days per year, properties are built quickly in quantity not quality. Tons of on going issues that are impossible to get fixed because of the exhausting hoops you have to jump through with corporate. If you’re not apart of the “mean girls club” you will not do well here. If you stand up for your rights and the rights of others.. you will not do well here. HR is NOT in the best interest of the employee.
