Pros
Great co-workers, discounted wine, some fun sponsored events.
Cons
Management does not care about your professional or personal growth. Pay is in the bottom 10% of Seattle for comparable roles. Employees very expendable and refuse to pay more than bare minimum though they require 50+ hour weeks for salaried employees. When they do offer raises it is in bonuses paid once annually instead of in base pay. Young employees asked to do shady / illegal things for the company. Employees constantly talk about quitting creating a very toxic work environment. Work events get inappropriate due to the amount of alcohol consumed by all (including top management). Feels very Boys Club / Fratty. No professionalism except maybe when schmoozing customers. CEO is extremely inappropriate and has no feel for office etiquette. He hardly comes in but when he's there everyone is on edge. Gets ideas he doesn't let go of no matter the cost to the company (financially or legally).
