Free wine. Great discounts, used to be great events. No real HR department really - benefits and salary but no uptight HR people. Thats a Pro. Good people who work really hard. Not corporate at all. Also a Pro.
Cons
Extreme Frat Boy culture. Executives are scared of CEO and will make decisions they do not agree with just to keep him from yelling. (See others reviews)Reorganizations literally every few months resulting from the CEOS knee jerk temper tantrums. (And so many quitting). CEO only treats sales with respect and degrades every other department. DTC department is a joke. CMO reorgs at the whim of CEO with no plans or assured skill sets to see vision through. Numerous bets in company when they will do away with latest DTC. Just a knee jerk reaction from CEO that we need new DTC. People here work so damn hard and there is zero loyalty from exec leadership (that is when they are even around) Exodus has commenced. Stop hiring people without deep industry experience. CEO - no one cares about your entitled tone deaf fishing trips. Think about your audience.
