Pros
Good coworkers who were in the same bad conditions - so lots of camaraderie. Before Covid there were some fun events and free wine, after Covid absolutely all of the perks stopped.
Cons
Upper management is completely out of touch and runs the business like a "boys club." Constant sexual jokes and inappropriate behavior and discussions in front of very low level and new employees. People are always getting yelled at - publicly. If you don't work 10+ hour days "you better find a new job" - management. When someone quits, management publicly harasses them about why they are leaving and how to make them stay (without paying more). Possible legal issues with compliance because so many projects are rushed and under-supported. Lack of communication to employees about who is "safe" to speak with in HR (the people who likely have the most complaints against them run the department so good luck getting any changes implemented). No feedback about your work - meetings to discuss performance constantly pushed and cancelled. No growth opportunities. Company insists on double digit growth for any bonuses but refuses to hire adequate support to keep driving growth. Sales people get paid 100k + salaries plus bonuses while all "office" staff automatically get denied raises above 3%. Would not recommend my worst enemy to work/apply here (even though Precept constantly begs for people to recommend friends since turnover is so high).
