      Pros

      They will treat you very well at the start. In words, not in their actions, though.

      Cons

      Everything possible- they are a hostile takeover company that scoop up small mom and pop firms and then bleed them dry. They lie about everything from your future at the company to commissions to human resource issues. It is a good old boys club and nobody else but the good old boys succeed.

      Great place to work - even dealing with Covid in Aviation. Management team cares about the employees - even though Covid has hit the industry very hard
