      Could not think of any pros

      Cons

      Put on a good face at the door than if you don’t fit in socially boot you out. Upper management likes cutting corners and sometimes throwing maintenance manuals to the wind and not following them. HR is super unprofessional.

      Great place to work - even dealing with Covid in Aviation. Management team cares about the employees - even though Covid has hit the industry very hard
