Pros
I have worked at several biotech/pharma companies and I would say that I have truly found my home. Previous roles were at contract organizations that had poor quality culture, difficult management, and basically no work life/balance. However, I have had a very different experience at Precision. Although the industry is fast paced, there is still a work/life balance and managers are very supportive of that. Additionally, Precision is doing a great job at hosting events (virtually right now) to (a) get to know your coworkers better, (b) maintain that work/life balance, and (c) have fun! We work hard, but play hard too!
Cons
Currently Precision is growing (which is great!) and that naturally comes with growing pains, but I have no doubt in my mind that we will work through those and become a stronger company.
