Pros

Honestly I love working here and have been here for several years. The benefits are outstanding with 8 weeks of vacation, 100% medical coverage for employee, snacks and drinks and at least in my department a flexible work schedule. We have early birds and night owls and we all work together to get the work done. I love that if I am sick there is no guilt for needing time off to get better.

Cons

Non really except that its a job and I am not independently wealthy so I need it to pay bills.
