Rather appreciating the awareness and integrity that people bring in, the department leads intimidates, do not give any direction and try to limit their duties. In one example, when concerns are raised through senior members and HR, the lead shamelessly handed-over limited severance which is equivalent to letting someone go with nothing. Rather looking within, and knowing that this department has a bad reputation, in this example, an personnel was let go by the toxic senior members for doing the right thing. Such a strange culture as people who are working sub-optimally are still employed in this team.
