      Great work environment. FEP the owner is awesome and treats the employees as family. Management team is great. Virtually no turnover.

      Pros

      Great pay. Autonomy and ability to be self-driven at work to achieve goals. Leadership cares about personal growth and development. My particular location is very progressive in terms of support for diverse populations of employees (especially LGBTQ inclusivity).

      Cons

      Some days are slow, others have overtime hours. Hard to schedule free time around an unpredictable schedule.
