A house of lies and manipulation. - Sales Representative Precision Medicine Group Employee Review

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

No direction, micro managers, disrespectful management , a lot of attitude from middle management. No team players. Mentors stab you in the back. No on-boarding. How about doing the job you are interviewed for? Management has your back. They are the first to stab you in it.

Pros

This is my first fully remote corporate role, and I genuinely love working here. I’ve experienced growth and transitions across roles and teams, which is ideal for me as someone who wants challenge and development without needing to climb the corporate ladder. My managers have been incredibly supportive of both my work and growth. I feel appropriately compensated, valued, and satisfied with the work I do. I also appreciate the flexibility I have in my day. Whether this comes from my past corporate experiences or simply being lucky with the teams and leaders I work with, I can honestly say I enjoy working here.

Cons

Listen, every company has its quirks, and Precision is no exception. There have been moments and perspectives that made me pause, but I’ve learned to take certain coworkers and leaders for what they bring and move on with my day. For some, my transitions across multiple teams could be seen as a negative; for me, they ultimately helped me find my fit, and I value the opportunities those changes created. Like many organizations, the company goes through periods of change and repositioning, which can sometimes create uncertainty. That said, the positives outweigh the negatives for me ten times over.

Pros

Working at Precision has been a positive experience overall. The remote work option makes it much easier to maintain a healthy work‑life balance, and the benefits are competitive and well thought out. I’ve had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, which keeps the work interesting and helps you continue learning and growing. The work itself feels meaningful, and there’s a strong sense that what you’re doing matters. The team culture is also a big plus since people are collaborative, supportive, and genuinely willing to help each other succeed.

Cons

Frequent org changes across the company
