Pros
- Decent benefits - Support maternity leave - Great stepping stone - Lots of women in leadership
Cons
- Little to no cultural diversity - HR fosters a toxic and cliquey environment - Zero work-life balance - Wishy washy upper management - Layoffs every 6ish months, rehiring at dramatically lower pay - Teams are expected to pick up the slack and burnout monthly while their teammates positions are eliminated - Lots of smoke and mirrors with no genuine transparency - Slowly shifting from remote work while denying it entirely - Brags about retention and lays off people who have been there for 10+ years the next day - Wasteful spending, sets unrealistic budget and never confirms bonuses because of that - Keeps buying companies and not integrating them and laying off their people - Lots and lots of silos and inefficient workflows. No consistency across teams - Too many unskilled people in management roles whose job is to just attend meetings - Kind of feels like youre surrounded by former college athletes who just hired their friends and people who are like themselves - No real training but lots of useless slides they refer to as such - Not sure if its everyone but the IT dept was incompetent. Its more efficient to resolve your own issues - Company is strangely focused and afraid of AI usage to the point they will block approved tools if there is any bit of AI capability. - Seems like the IT department has technophobes or out of date employees in charge
