Not a lot going for it right now.

Cons

Upper Management is blind is own problems and incapable of making intelligent change. Claim to be a family atmosphere - but they will cut you loose in an instant without warning and do it with no consideration for seniority or your loyalty.

Poor management. Heavy on senior management trying to sell/retire. Unable to find consistent work and puts employees on leave
