I enjoy working at Precision. A small company with big plans both now and into the future, I know that I have a place here for years to come.

Currently, there is no rollover vacation time

From the outside, it seems fine. Pay is on-par and benefits are pretty good. The products are actually well-engineered and needed in the field.

Management team has no clue what they are doing. Micromanagement is an understatement. Turnover is unprecedented. Seriously, like makes restaurant turnover look mild. Almost no one at the company has been there more than one year. Business practices are oftentimes sketchy. Expect to be told to “stay on your lane” and similar if you try to improve anything. The company was once well respected and well run. Since it was bought out, it has been a rapid descent into hell. Don’t walk, RUN.
