Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review – we appreciate the input. In general, pay levels are not reduced. They are reviewed for an increase based off of performance. Schedules do not change once you’ve hit 90 days unless you’ve requested a change yourself. The pay rate and schedule are dependent on the department you are working in and your skill set coming into that position.These items are discussed with applicants throughout our hiring process, and an offer letter is signed on the first day with the specifics. If performance meets expectations, then pay increases go into effect as scheduled. This occurs for over 95% of our staff.
