Great schedule, Monday through Friday and plenty or hours. Full time positions only. Safety bonuses quarterly.

Cons

Not for people unable to work in fast paced and high stress environments. Must be able to work independently and with little instruction. Weak communication.

The management team is pretty bad. Constant micro managing and not allowing growth for lower/middle managers.
