Pay for $500 CEU cash back.

Cons

Send employees home if THEY don't have enough work. Don't give back PTO time, even plot so you don't get it. Penalize people for using their own PTO time for being sick.

Pros

This is a patient centered company with a focus on delivering quality skilled interventions and excellent patient care. They have a senior management leadership team that demonstrates genuine concern and regard for their staff and clientele. Preferred Therapy Solutions provides excellent pay, benefits, paid time off, continuing education and training. I have been proud to work for this company for over a decade and a half and I would highly recommend joining Preferred Therapy Solutions if you are looking to further your career as a therapist.

Pros

Good PTO offered as you can accumulate a max amount of 5 weeks

Cons

Does not offer pay raises despite years of employment and surpassing expectations in yearly reviews. Does not adjust to cost of living but claims their rates are higher than average hourly rates for the position which is not true.
