Extremely top heavy with management structure. What may work in one facility does not work in all and you are expected to fill out these silly binders for walking rounds, splinting, dining rounds, etc... If you don't you get spoken to and penalized once a year in their "mock survey". The documentation software is very thorough however if you use it as it is meant to you will be criticized for poor documentation skills and regardless of your years of experience as a clinician and the fact that you win Medicare/Managed Care appeals with said documentation. VERY expensive insurance, with a family, there is only 1 option that is affordable, $3500 deductible which includes prescription medication... We work in healthcare!!! this is insane!!! Management Team only focuses on the 90% productivity rate when coming out to the facility. NOT the quality therapy the patient is receiving or the happiness of the therapist or the product the facility is receiving. NOT once in my time working with this company has any PTS manager ever asked me about a patient I was treating, NOT ever! Frequent use of PTO to supplement hours to make my hours so I can pay my bills. So, i have not yet been able to take a vacation. Hourly wages are very low,
