      Pros

      Exciting and fun projects. No day is the same there is always a new challenge.

      Cons

      Long, long hours 70+ per week with no paid over time. Very high turnover due to hours and management/ family squabbling. (Family run business) No opportunities for career advancement All of engineering and design is always afraid of being let go at the end of a project. Simply because management has a reputation of doing so.
