      Pros

      I liked having 2 1/2 days on and 2 1/2 days off. I needed them to recover from 12 hrs standing in cement floors

      Cons

      I found the management unorganized. The jobs were not ready to begin or not complete with appropriate paperwork.

      Able to develop "own" program as long as fitting in guidelines of corporate standards. Flexible hours.
