Pros
The company pays well and is in a rapidly growing and evolving industry. This provides ample opportunities to contribute and solve big challenges for the company. Company throws money at problems so resources are never an issue.
Cons
Pregis lacks organized leadership and doesn't support its employees. Employees are pushed to meet unrealistic deadlines but are not given clear deliverables and project scopes constantly change. Always chasing moving targets, fighting fires and false starts on projects that weren't ready to start. Management is more worried about how the company looks to visitors than getting meaningful work done.
