Working for Pregis provides opportunities to gain experience in many areas that may not normally fall within your normal job function. Many of the peers are hard working individuals that are willing to help for the mutual success of the team members and the company.
Cons
When joining the Pregis team, new employees need to be patient and proactive. There is a steep learning curve and advice does not always come unless you seek it out.
