      Pros

      Efficiency driven, dedicated to finding great solutions to complex problems. Culture of change and growth designed which is dedicated to being the best in the industry. Outstanding training program, reflected in being consistently rated near the top of all customer service departments.

      Cons

      Right now, uncertainty. Premera used to be an extremely stable, dependable, and wonderful place to work. Over the last couple years, poor communication and aggressive restructuring has badly damaged employee confidence. Furthermore, while most employees are great to work with, it's getting harder to trust your boss. Prior to two years ago, almost everyone I knew loved their managers and leads. It feels like everyone is starting to look out for themselves more than for their teams now.

      You make an excellent point. In order to ensure we keep the customer at the center of all we do, it is important to balance efficiency with excellence. Being efficient ensures we are stewards of our customers time and money. We must do so while also staying true to being the best in the business.       Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
