Hard to advance past a certain point. Sweeping company changes resulting in multiple and ongoing lay offs. Management communication is poor, but they are working on it.

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses.
People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's.
Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members.
Micromanagement.
