Pros

1. Good bonus 2. Subsidized meals 3. Good benefits (Health insurance , PTO) 4. Base salary+ Bonus 5. Can't think of anything else apart from the above

Cons

1. Outdated technology and lagging behind its competitors in technology 2. No room to advance 3. Management 4. Cross team communication (You wouldn't know many things/ get to know very late although you are in the same project)

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
