Great benefits including pension, comfortable atmosphere, great coworkers, clear corporate values, great individual training and career enhancement tools

Cons

If you are not at the corporate headquarters, your chances of growth are very limited. There is an inexcusable preference for people at the corporate headquarters over more experienced personnel at other company locations.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. Individual departments are responsible for decisions regarding a position or employees locations that work best for their work group. There will be situations, especially in leadership, where it is appropriate for the leader to be on-site the majority of the time with the team they are supporting. Telecommuting and leveraging both main campuses is encouraged and we will continue to look for opportunities to support flexibility and advancement of our employees. Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
