      Pros

      +Collaboration. It's rare to find a company this size that is willing to collaborate--not only in a functional area, but across functions as well. +Titles do not get in the way of doing your job. +The campus is pretty cool and the food service is surprisingly good. +"Premera Nice" is a real thing. +Recruiting was phenomenal. +Easy commute from Kirkland/Bothell area

      -Pay is a little lower than market value -I get the sense that employees are "under titled".

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
