You're right, Premera employees are great people with vast industry knowledge. It's those same knowledgeable people that are working hard to continuously improve Premera's technology and infrastructure. Decisions made on a national scale have real impacts on Premera's business, employees, and members. It is Premera's responsibility to field and respond to those changes to do what is right for our customers and employees. Open communication on Premera's vision and direction is shared internally as well as in public forums. Recently an article was published on Premera's intranet bringing awareness to Glassdoor, how that impacts us as an employer, and encouraging participation in this important channel. Current and former employees have shared a variety of perspectives regarding life at Premera.
