Pros

People are great, lots of growth, pretty transparent, good pay, good communication, good support, telecommuting options within many positions. Premera cares about their customers and we are all customers.

Cons

Bring your lunch! Food is mediocre at best! Medical coverage (insurance) is only OK. Continue expanding telecommuting, if it is an option then it should be approved.

First, thank you for all you do to support our customers. You are absolutely right - our employees and support teams are the very best. When it comes to telecommuting, this can be more feasible in some areas versus others, but we appreciate the feedback. Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
