Pros

Nice campus, clean restrooms, exercise programs and they will pay for some education. 401k and mostly nice coworkers. Health insurance benefits are just ok.

Cons

Top heavy, constant reorganizations. They talk agile but are dinosaurs. Contractors are replacing full timers. Contractors also brought in as project managers who don't know anything. Constant management turnover, lost knowledge, delays. There is a culture of fear due to the layoffs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Over the last 18 months, Premera has seen several reorganizations across the company as we work to align ourselves with our customer and purpose. With that structure largely in place, Premera is poised with amazing people to tackle the road ahead. We'd like to clarify that the article you reference regarding Glassdoor was not in an effort to solicit good ratings, but to ask Premera employees to share their experiences. We appreciate the time you have taken to share your perspective and want to thank you for your support.

Pros

Remote job Good pay Decent Benefits

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
