We are happy to hear that you experienced Premera's great employees and customer centric culture. While Premera is changing how we approach solving customer problems in a rapidly evolving industry, it is challenging to hear you saw that change show up in the form of a less cordial environment. This is certainly not the experience we would want any employee to have at Premera. As an organization we have recently implemented new competencies. One of the desired outcomes is a common language and expectation we can use moving forward to work together and do meaningful work.
